Chest Clip, Buckle, Harness problem #1

My daughter is 20 months old and I thought it was a fluke but not she 100% know how to unbuckle the chest clip. We will be driving down the road and she will undo the chest clip and wiggle out of her seat. I have reached out to evenflo and got no help. Yesterday alone we were in the car for 2 hours and she continuously would unbuckle and try climbing out while driving. She isn't old enough to understand not to do that or comprehend why.

Chest Clip, Buckle, Harness problem #2

Chest clip is magnetic and can be opened by child without using the buttons to open. No longer staying closed.

Chest Clip, Buckle, Harness problem #3

Inside ped cheep off and child hurt arm not safe we have this car seat for less than few months.

Chest Clip, Buckle, Harness problem #4

When the child is buckled in and the straps are all tight, they can be pulled loose without using the release button at the bottom. This is incredibly unsafe and would make this car seat useless if we were to be in a car accident. My car seat has not been inspected but the manufacturer has been notified.
