While, the contact drove at 60 to 65 mph, the vehicle in the rear crashed the contact rear bumper causing the contact vehicle to spin out of control, while contact vehicle spun out of control the vehicle in the rear proceeded to crash the contact driver's side door, causing the contact vehicle to crash into a cement wall. The contact driver's air bag deployed, however, the contact front passenger air bag failed to deploy causing the front passenger to suffer injuries to the chest and lower back, the contact also suffered injuries to the arms, neck, back, right ankle.
