The contact owns a 2019 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. The contact stated while driving 5 mph, he heard abnormal knocking sounds coming from the rear of the vehicle. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the rear shocks failed and were leaking hydraulic fluid.
