Warning Light On Problems of Toyota Highlander Hybrid

Srs warning light illuminated after starting vehicle and won't go out. Tried resetting to no avail. Have seen many complaints from other owners with the same problem. Indications are that it is a spiral cable and the part is not available. Toyota needs to issue a recall to repair this problem. We need the help of the NHTSA .

The srs airbag warning light in my 2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid with 112,000 miles has been turning on and off while travelling. Toyota customer service refuses to arrange and pay for diagnosis and repair since my VIN is not in the recall list for airbag recall. It has not yet been repaired.

The failure mileage was 4,300 updated 01/07/2014 also, the air bag light illuminated. The dealer replaced a sensor.
