Consumer had pulled partially into garage and shut off vehicle. Consumer then removed some items from vehicle, restarted vehicle to pull completely into garage. Consumer had shifted to park, and dropped an item on garage floor. Went to pick up item, and transmission had shifted into reverse on its own, running into the driver. Driver was killed.
