Two problems related to air bag light on have been reported for the 2007 Toyota Matrix. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Tl- the contact owns a 2007 Toyota Matrix. The contact stated that the vehicle air bag light had illuminated and remained illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the drivers side air bag clock spring was defective and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The vehicle failure mileage was approximately 250,000. Kh.
Drivers side airbag light is on. Stays on never goes off.
