One problem related to engine head gasket leaking has been reported for the 2012 Toyota Prius. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
When idling there is a loud rattle and multiple random misfires in the engine. Appears to be a head gasket leak problem from reading forums. I have been to multiple repair shops they cannot determine the problem.
