I hit a deer and the hood busted, the battery busted and the radiator busted. Rocco's collision in turnersville lied, progressive in mount laurel lied, copart in trenton or glassboro got it from a a auto in sewell new jersey. These 4 places spun my car in a circle pretending to fix it, while they stole parts and pretended it was a total loss. It was less than 1000 dollars reported as $8500 in damage. I lost $17,000 and got paid $10,300. . . . They even stole the deductible and fixed nothing.

I have a 2011 Scion Tc and shortly after my purchase noticed only one reverse light works. I found out that this was how scion manufactured all their 2011 Scion Tc's. The thing that really throws me off is that it has the aesthetic appearance of two reverse lights but only one works. I can't tell you how many close calls I've had backing out of a parking spot and almost got hit by a passing car because they aren't able to see my reverse light. Not to mention, pedestrians. This is a huge safety hazard. It's only a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt because of this.

The contact owns a 2011 Toyota Scion Tc. The contact stated that the vehicle had only one operable reverse light. The vehicle was not repaired. The VIN was not available. The current mileage was 600 and the failure mileage was unknown.
I was backing out of a parking space when another vehicle nearly ran into my rear passenger side. There is only one reverse lamp and it is on the driver side of the car. People approaching the car from the passenger side cannot see this lamp; therefore they don't know the vehicle is reversing. I have almost been hit many times due to other vehicles not being aware of my reversing. This is also true of pedestrians walking behind/near the my vehicle as they cannot see the reverse light from the passenger side. I was not told this vehicle had only one reverse light when purchasing the vehicle. When I questioned the dealership they said there is nothing they can do. It is a major safety hazard and could easily result in a pedestrian or child being hit as they may walk behind the vehicle unaware of it being in reverse.
At approximately 56k miles radio lighting, temperature control lights went out. The engine maintenance light starting coming on at about 60k miles and after having the car checked it was determined that the fuel/oxygen sensor was not operating properly so I had it replaced. The light went off for approximately 200miles then came back on. I took it to two different maintenance places and it was determined the serpentine belt needed to be replaced. I had it replaced. The maintenance person drove the car for a week approximately 125 miles. The light went remained off. I brought the car home and two days later the light was back on and is still on. I called the scion headquarters 1-866-707-2466 and was told the only thing I could do was take it to a dealership. I was told the three places I had taken my car to were probably misdiagnosing the problem and only a Toyota dealership could properly diagnose any issues I had with my car. I would like to know if this is the case. . . Why are so many places equipped with these computers if they are not working properly?????.

The hatch handle, including the lighting for the license plate, fell off with normal use. While this does not endanger the passengers in the car, it is illegal to drive without the lights and gives the possibility of the driver being fined for the vehicle not being build properly. The plastic on the inside of the handle is not able to handle the heat of being in a parking lot for 2 years, and fell of during normal use.
