Seat Belt problem #2

The drivers side seatbelt where it attaches to the base between the seats is loose. The tailgate hatch assembly broke off. This is the only way to open the trunk and it is a cheap piece of plastic attached to the hatchback with 2 screws. As I was trying to open the trunk, the whole assembly came off in my hand. I have seen this in several other scions around town.
