The contact owns a 2009 Scion Xb. Whenever the contact drove the vehicle over 50 mph he noticed that the vehicle would slightly sway from the left and right causing the vehicle to occasionally veer into another lane. The contact also noticed that the steering wheel made a clanking sound whenever the vehicle traveled over a rough terrain. Whenever the vehicle was driven after a cold start the brakes made a grinding noise for the first 5 minutes. The vehicle was taken to the dealership for each failure, however the contact was informed that none of the failures could be reproduced or serviced. The contact has noticed the failures since the day he purchased the vehicle. The current and failure mileages were 26500.
