Exterior Lighting Problems of Toyota Scion Xb

I drive a 2005 Scion Xb, about two weeks ago the back hatch handle broke of, where the light shine to the license plate. I know that there was a recall on the handle like three years ago. . . I called Toyota to see if the recall was expired, they don't see a recall ever been done. I do see this as a safety do to lighting and electrical. I know this has been an issue with other scion like the one I have. Some did get a recall and got fixed.

1) general use of vehicle. 2) when using right hand side direction indicator, during canceling, either by hand or automatically through turning the steering wheel back into the straight ahead position, the left hand side indicators may briefly light up, causing potential confusing signaling to other road users. 3) turn indicator stalk has been replaced under warranty, but same problem re-appeared.

The reverse lights are only placed on the driver side. There is not a reverse light visible from the passenger side because it does not exist. This has nearly caused me several accidents with pedestrians and vehicles. I have noticed the newer models have fixed this safety hazard and have placed reverse lights on both sides. We are extremely concerned. This definitely needs to be recalled/fixed on these models. I have attempted to contact my dealer and scion corporate several times with my concerns, with no response.

08 scion head lights are not visible after 75 ft. ( low beams) complete darkness after that limit. Series of crack wind shields all starting at the bottom.

My scion sb has had the rear hatch lock, and lighting with license plate break 5 times, scion dealer did it firt and charged $599. 00. Since then I jave bought the parts and did the work myself.
