Tl- the contact owns a 2010 Scion Xd. The contact stated that while traveling to make a left turn at approximately 15 mph, another vehicle crashed into the contact causing the contact to loose control of the vehicle. The contact crashed into a traffic sign head on and the air bags did not deploy. The driver sustained injuries to the spine and back. The passenger sustained injuries to the knees, back and neck. They both received medical attention. A police report was filed. The insurance company indicated that they inspected the vehicle but the failure was not determined pertaining to the air bags not deploying. The vehicle was destroyed. The VIN was not available.
