Side/window Air Bag problems of the 1998 Toyota Tacoma

While traveling 55mph on highway and without prior warning lost control, and vehicle hit a brick. Upon impact, driver side airbag didn't go off. Dealership was aware of problem.

When driving about 35-40 mph, truck crashed into the rear of a Jeep wrangler, there was no deployment of driver's side or passenger's side air bags. Truck was being repaired. Whole front end was damaged, total amount of damages was $9,500. 00.

When driving between 30-40 mph and upon depressing brake pedal, pedal traveled to the floorboard, causing extended stopping distance , and resulting in a frontal collision. Upon impact, neither driver's side nor passenger's side air bag deployed. Consumer has contacted dealer. Shoulder harness did not tighten up.

Was driving 55mph on a dry pavement. Fell asleep at wheel. Lost control of vehicle. Hit a tree. At time of impact, neither air bag deployed. Hit head on side door window. Vehicle had flipped over. The windows all came out. The seat belt restrained the driver.

When consumer was involved in a intersectional crash, traveling about 35 mph and there was no deployment of the driver's or passenger's side air bags. The truck is being repaired. Right front end damages totalling $5,000. 00 + dollars.

Vehicle rear ended another vehicle at 60mph and neither driver's side nor passenger's side airbags deployed. Dealer has seen vehicle, but did not check airbags.

While traveling 50-55 mph and as a result of rear ending another vehicle driver's side air bag did not deploy at any time. Please provide further information.
