One problem related to engine and engine cooling has been reported for the 1999 Toyota Tacoma. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Engine surges at a complete stop while idling and if I don't put enough foot pressure on brake pedal it will lunge forward. It happened so many times I became accustom to the problem.
