Two problems related to fuses and circuit breaker have been reported for the 1999 Toyota Tacoma. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Consumer received recall 01e41000 letter on trailer wire harness converter. Dealer inspected wire harness, and stated wire harness was not the one on recall. Vehicle does have the problem as described under recall. Consumer further states that the trailer lights blew out the fuse for the tail light, consumer states dealer refuses to replace faulty part.
1999 Toyota Tacoma, failing clear coat. Causing truck to completely rust-out. 4-wheel drive not installed during assembly. Tail light fuse blows out everytime I hook up a trailer.
