1 Battery problem

Chemical reaction of sulfuric acid with plated metals of brake casing produced toxic fumes that were inhaled over an extended period of time producing severe frontal sinus pain, congestion, bleeding, and headache. The battery hold down clamp was overtorque at the factory and resulted in the fracture of the delco battery casing. Sulfuric acid drained out of the battery casing and spilled onto the fender well, driver side tire, brake casing, and under carriage. The plated metal surfaces were disoloved. I drove the vehicle approx. 6 hours to st. Louis and was feeling ill upon arriving.
