1 Brake Master Cylinder problem

Failure Date: 06/29/2018

When vehicle was turning left from a two lane state road onto a downhill country lane the vehicle brakes failed and the brake pedal was depressed to the floor. The vehicle responded to application of the hand brake. Subsequently, the vehicle brakes did seem to work somewhat when rapidly "pumping" the brakes to provide stopping ability. The vehicle was then slowly driven to the closest Toyota dealership (bill kidd's Toyota, cockeysville MD). Part that may have become inoperable: braking assist/master cylinder.
