Blind Spot Detection problem

2018 Toyota Tacoma problem. I purchased the truck in October of 2018. On July 31, 2021 @ 3:50 pm while driving home I was in cruise control @ 82 mph when the display showed malfunction. The truck went from 82 mph to 60 within seconds again. A car behind me was able to change lanes to avoid an accident. The trucks display readings were malfunction of headlight, radar cruise control unavailable & lane departure alert malfunction and visit the dealer. After getting home I shut the truck off and restarted it. The malfunctions had cleared again. I made an appointment with the dealership for August 5, 2021. They worked with Toyota representatives to trying to solve the problem but couldn’t identify it. The conclusion was when it happens again bring it to the dealership (if possible) before shutting it off so they can do a diagnostic test while the truck is still running and showing the malfunction display. Luckily, when it occurred I was on a road with every little traffic. My problem now is that I don’t trust driving it using cruise control in normal traffic or at night not knowing if the headlights will shut off or the cruise control will shut down. This is the second time this has occur. The first time was in Aug 2019. I took to the dealer but they couldn’t identify the problem. My thought at the time was it may have been a one time event but it was not. I have pictures of the truck’s displaying the malfunctions on both events.
