The contact stated that the vehicle was taken numerous time for the same failure to Toyota of bristol, 3045 w. State st, bristol, TN 37620, and was diagnosed that the vehicle was dangerous to be driven. The contact was informed by the dealer not to drive the vehicle and that they would not drive the vehicle due to the hesitation. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact mentioned that the failure started since the purchase of the vehicle. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact that they would get back with him but have not yet called back. The failure mileage was approximately 8,000.
