Failure of steering relay rod. Second verified ocurance of this extreme safety related failure. Both failures at slow speed in parking lot. Toyota 1996 t100 pick up truck. VIN #jt4un24d1t0019897 and also VIN 4t1bf12b9vu139163. Inquiry from local dealer was ignored. Failure of this control rod causes complete loss of steering. We are all cmatl1 techs at this independent repair facility and I have never sounded an alarm before.
