The contact's husband owns a 2022 Toyota Tundra. The contact stated that the key fob failed to unlock the front driver’s side door. Due to the failure, the contact was forced to lock the front driver’s side door manually after exiting the vehicle. The contact was forced to enter the vehicle through the front passenger’s side door and crawl over to the front driver side seat. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, and an estimate was provided for the repair. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 75,000.
