The contact owns a 2010 Toyota Venza. The contact stated that while driving approximately 10 mph, another vehicle crashed into the front passenger side of the vehicle. The contact was forced into a cement pole. The air bags failed to deploy. The police were contacted and a report was filed. The driver sustained injuries to the chest, right knee, left thigh, stomach and severe blood loss. The front passenger sustained injuries to the back, neck, and both knees. Two of the rear passengers sustained a broken collar bone, back, right leg and neck injuries. The vehicle was later towed to an independent mechanic and was deemed destroyed.
