Vehicle has an open safety recall (25td01) for rear traction motor cable corrosion. Corwin Toyota in boulder, CO was notified in January and failed to order the part. Came in April 14 for the scheduled repair and was told the part was never ordered. It is now may 24 and the recall has still not been completed despite multiple follow-up attempts. Dealership has provided no explanation for the April failure and no confirmed repair date.
