The contact owns a 2010 Toyota Yaris. While driving 40 mph, the brake pedal was depressed; however, the vehicle accelerated. The check engine and traction control warning indicators illuminated. The dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 94,000.
Mice ate most of my car insulation and wiring resulting in destruction of 2 car computers, two heater fan motors, abs brake system about $5k damage . . Vehicle is driven daily . .
