During the crash the front end was severely damaged but the air bags did not deploy. The vehicle was destroyed and towed away. A police report was taken at scene. The driver sustained full body and facial contusions. The cause of the failure was not determined. The dealer and manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 35,000. Jft.
