The sunroof is leaking a lot of water. The vw dealership says it is because the drain tube gets clogged, the cleaned it and wanted to charge me $80 for something I have no control over. Finally they honored the warranty and I didn't pay. This complaint is to help other people if this happens to them.

The firewall was broken during a repair to the air conditioning system by the dealership in September 2017. We were never informed about the firewall being broken during the repair. We were only informed when we took it to another dealership for another repair in November 2017. Volkswagen knowingly allowed us to drive a vehicle with a broken firewall for 2 months.
