The contact owns a 2022 vw Atlas. The contact stated that upon turning on the vehicle the daytime running light failed to illuminated. The vehicle was taking to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the lights were not operating correctly and the front driver side headlight unit to needs to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure however offered no assistances and referred him back to the dealer to pay for the repairs. The failure mileage was 56,000. The contact mentioned that he received notification on NHTSA 24v464(air bags) the contact stated the manufacturer has exceeded a reasonable amount of time.
