The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and was not able to confirm when the parts were to become available. While driving at an unspecified speed, the vehicle lost power and stalled. The vehicle was towed to the same Volkswagen dealer, at the recommendation of the manufacturer, and the fuel control module was replaced.
