One problem related to horn assembly has been reported for the 2011 Volkswagen CC. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving my steering wheel controls stopped functioning to include my horn, airbag, esp, and traction control. After researching the web I found this is a common issue on all vw models and occurs around 40,000 miles. Apparently the vw clockspring in the steering column assembly has a design flaw, and there is no recall at this time.
