Two problems related to horn assembly have been reported for the 2014 Volkswagen CC. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Steering wheel clock spring broke. No horn or function buttons working along with the airbag.
My horn,my air bag and all controls in steering wheel are not working. I took it to vw service center & they quoted me $948 for a new clock spring. Hasnt this part been recalled? it's a lease and that's insane,this is the second time this has happened.
