Tire Problems of Volkswagen Golf

Unknown we have hankook ventus s1 noble 2 225/40r18 tires on our 2018 vw gti that came oem, and are the same on the car as when we took possession of the car from the dealer in 2018. The front right tire, has two substantial cracks and one section where a more open gap occurred in the exterior sidewall. In this latter section, it is very near the tire's tread. We have less than 14,000 miles on this vehicle, as we are retired and did not drive much to begin with, but even less after the pandemic occurred. Additional details (below) - I first saw the tire issues on 11/10/2021, but the tire has not yet failed. Per hankook's earlier recall, I am concerned that the cracks/opening are precursors to failure while in use.

Car was hard pulling to right side due to cracked tire on right side front, this is the third failure on this set of tires they have less then 4,000 miles on. All tires cracked on same place on the outer edge air loss is fast. 1st crack was right rear tire ( I did think that I run over something I got new tire different manufacturer as they did not have same tire and I do not like fixed tires) 2nd crack was on left rear tire about week later I did try to have it fix but was told and showed that tire just kept on cracking more 3rd crank happen month later right front tire. All cracks are on same place outer edge tires are ultra hp made by republic.

The contact owns a 1999 Volkswagen Golf. The vehicle has douglas & lomason (19570r14) tires. While driving 65 mph, the contact heard a loud noise coming from the vehicle. He pulled over, noticed a flat tire, and replaced it with a spare. The dealer stated that the case separated. The failure was duplicated with both front tires and the rear driver side tire. The failure mileage was 124,000 and current mileage was 125,000.
