One problem related to door has been reported for the 2003 Volkswagen GTI. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
I had a 2002 Volkswagen jetta before this with the same problem. The doors make rattle after a couple thousand miles. I took my jetta in 20 times and no fix. Got tired of it and bought an 03 Gti and now I have the same problem. Even if I take everything out of the door holder, I still here a noise coming from the door.
