One problem related to wiper has been reported for the 2003 Volkswagen GTI. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
2003 Volkswagen Gti. During a rain storm, my wipers stopped working and were stuck mid way. The next day I discovered the nut slipped off the bolt connecting the wiper assembly to the wiper motor causing the wipers to stop working while the motor still works.
