One problem related to door has been reported for the 2007 Volkswagen GTI. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Ice formed in the bottom front corner of both front doors, causing the corner of the door to bend . This happened twice this winter. One after I was already in the car, and I couldn't get out without forcing the door to open, causing the corner to bend.
