Miss carter was traveling north onto marion Ave. She was going about 40-45mph when she ran a stop sign. My car hit hers head on both my air bags came out. My car did about an 360 turn. When my car did come to an complete stop my seat belt had came off. When you put your seat belt on, you put it on for safety not for it to come off during an accident. That is when you need your seat belt the most. The car was located at campbell body shop at 507 amelia Ave spartanburg, SC 864-583-5616. The car was a total lose.
