Three problems related to windshield wiper/washer have been reported for the 1998 Volkswagen Jetta. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving in the rain windshield wipers failed, causing driver to have poor visibility. It was an intermittent problem. Will be taking vehicle to dealership to have mechanic check it out.
Windshield wipers failed while driving in the rain. I consider this to be a serious safety problem.
