Two problems related to fuses and circuit breaker have been reported for the 1999 Volkswagen Jetta. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving 40 mph at night right headlight flickered. Then, both headlights went out. At the same time all dashboard lights went out. Dealer determined wiring leading to headlights had to be replaced.
The headlight wiring harness burns out while vehicle is being driven. Dealer has replaced one headlight socket, and other headlight is currently non-functional.
