Jack supplied with vehicle would not hold vehicle up and slipped out damaging body of the vehicle. Car is a 2000 vw Jetta. Had to call tow truck and was advised by tow truck driver that vw jack's were useless unless you had a perfectly flat surface.
Jack failed and caused damage to drivers side skirt. The jack punched through the metal.
