Vehicle was hit on the driver side by another vehicle (Ford f-250); side airbag did not deploy.
While driving consumer noticed smoke coming from the driver side seat. Consumer was able to drive vehicle to the dealer for inspection, and mechanic determined that the passenger's side air bag deployed inadvertently.
At 60mph vehicle crashed, and passenger's side airbag did not deploy. Cause unknown. Dealer notified.
While driving at 85 mph consumer lost control of vehicle and it started flipping. None of front air bags deployed, except for driver side air bag which just fell out.

While pulling from a light,another vehicle ran a red light and t-boned Jetta on passenger's side at fifty five miles per hour. Vehicle slammed into utility pole on driver's side, and neither side airbag deployed. Please provide further details.
Vehicle was hit on passenger's side while driving about 20 mph, and neither airbag deployed. Vehicle had side air bags as well. Vehicle was totalled.
Vehicle was involved in a t-bone frontal collision which caused vehicle to spin several times and hit the medium strip and a pole at a impact of 60-65 mph. Upon impact, both frontal and side air bags did not deploy.
While driving consumer was involved in a side impact collision in which side air bags did not deploy. Vehicle was also equipped with front and rear air bags all failed to deploy. Please give any further details.
