Fuel filler neck obstructed with nozzle flap retainer. Replacement assembly order had to be returned to manufacturer due to defect (per information provided by dealer service dept. Rep. ).
Part/parts broke in the fuel tank filler neck that prevents fuel from being pump in. Funnel maybe used but gasoline may overflow and spill.
