The failure recurred with the front passenger side tire. The tire chord separated from the tire. The contact notified the dealer. The other two tires were about to fail as well, so she notified the continental manufacturer regarding replacement tires. Continental refused to replace the tires and advised her to call NHTSA to file a complaint. The current and failure mileages were 20,000.
