Wiper problems of the 2006 Volkswagen Jetta

The windshield wiper broke the window, brakes need replaced to soon, fuel system car has trouble fueling and after fueling and engine over heating due to engine cooling malfunction. None of these have been repaired yet it shows 0 unprepared recalls.

For the second time in 3 years, my rear windshield has completely shattered without warning. The car was parked in the driveway. When I got in, I heard a loud pop. I looked back and saw that the rear windshield had completely shattered. I had not yet started the car. The first time that it happened 3 years ago, I was sitting at a red light and it shattered. The headliner is pulling away from the rear pillars. Being the primary driver of the vehicle I do not spend time in the back seat. The windshield wipers failed after being stuck to the windshield. The motor did not have time to burn out as it was instantaneous when I accidentally hit the wand when starting the car. It seems as if the wipers seized immediately when experiencing the resistance from the ice. There was very little ice, in fact, I didn't even have to scrape the windshield. It is a safety concern as I was preparing to drive home during a snow storm. The mechanism should be able to withstand more resistance.
