Tire developed a bubble in the sidewall while driving. This is a new vehicle original equipment tire with 7000 miles on it. The tire make is continental contiprocontact 225/45 r17 91h, dot afty pxh6.
I have 2 continental conti procontact tires that had bubbles in them, and failed when I went over a pothole and bumped a curb. Vw is acting like it is a continental tire problem, and while it is, it is vw also because they choose those tires for their vehicles. I have had to replace all 4 tires because they are unsafe, at my own expense.
