I am writing to complain about the control arms on the vw 2002 Passat. I recently replaced an upper and lower control arm on the right and now have been told that I need to replace three of the four control arms on the left side. I fell these are a safety issue.
Complete failure of steering control arms. Wheel shakes like it is going to fall off, this is a common problem with the Volkswagen Passat and vw will not warrant this issue or perform a recall. This is a very dangerous situation.
