Fuel Hoses Lines/piping And Fittings problems of the 2003 Volkswagen Passat

Metal fuel line in the rear of the engine compartment dripped gasoline onto the exhaust system below, despite a patch that a vw mechanic had installed earlier. First smelled gas in March and took it to a vw repair shop. Patch with clamps was added. Smelled gas again in may and discovered the fuel leak.
