Suspension problem #1

The contact owns a 2018 Volkswagen Passat. The contact stated while driving approximately 30 mph, and also at various speeds, there was a delay when she would depress the brake pedal, also the steering pulled to the left and right as the contact slowed the vehicle. Additionally, the contact stated that the suspension was loose, particularly when she would roll over road bumps, the vehicle would bounce. The contact stated no warnings were illuminated. The contact had the vehicle towed to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that the front wheel bearings needed to be replaced. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 25,000.

Suspension problem #2

Sharp left hand turns it emits a clicking noise. Googled and this problem has been reported since 2011. Took to dealership today couldn't find anything wrong. Was told safe to drive and had not heard of this problem before. Google said problem with CT joint.
