Front Suspension problem #1

- the contact owns a 2005 Volkswagen Touareg. The contact explained that the vehiclewas constantly pulling to the right when driving at any speed. He took the vehicle to the dealer several times for an alignment; they have installed an eccentric bolt to make sure the vehicle was up to specification. The contact stated that the tires have worn unevenly and had to be replaced, but vehicle still continued to have the alignment problem.

Suspension problem #2

Front tires wear at 8-10,000 miles, first set replaced and given a new alignment however now second set worn as well. Volkswagen refuses to remedy even though they know of the numerous complaints involving tire wear.
