Three problems related to dash wiring have been reported for the 1998 Volvo 770. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Consumer states the vehicle is having problems with the wiring harness under the dash, which is causing computer problems and the gauges to stop working also the injector is out.
Consumer states that the vehicle is experiencing problems with the dash due to the wiring harness.
The dash caught fire due to defect in the dimmer switch wiring system, the system is installed with 30 amp circuit breaker which will overheat wires.
