Two problems related to side/rear glass have been reported for the 1999 Volvo 770. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving, the sleeper berth moon roof window shattered without warning, the window was closed at the times of failure.
Consumer has problems with shearing u-bolts which have been replaced three times. The front end pops and creeks on slow speed turns. The front springs needed replacing. The dash has to be replaced every year due to excessive vibration. The window was broken and there are electrical problems due to bad grounds in the firewall.
