Consumer stated that the steer tires had to be replaced 6 times and some due to tire blow outs, also the bearings were replaced, the 5th wheel had to be moved back due to vehicle being overweight and also causing the steer tires to wear, the right front hub was leaking, vehicle was experiencing severe front end problems, there was a serious air leak, the steer axle was leaking, the lower skirt was cracking, there were valve and air dryer problems, and the wheel seal was leaking.
Consumer states that the fifth wheel caused the trailer to tip over breaking the side fairing.

Fawr 12,349. Received recall to replace tires and rims. Currently has kelly 285/75r24. 5 on veh single max load 6175, 5th wheel assy has been moved. Blew a left front steer tire and it did a couple thousand dallars worth of damage, he thinks he may have hit something, replaced 3 sets of steer tires for a cupping problem the gen set was added after sale by the dealer. Always exceeds 12,600 on bront steer plus has to run aft of zero or center on kingbin just to get weight down close to 12000 bu cant get under. This gen set with the location doesn't add a who lot of wgt to steers.
Consumer states that the bolts came out of the cab, the cab is now uneven on the frame, it seems that the bolts were drilled into the frame incorrectly.

Consumer stated the roof was leaking, the cab sits crooked on the frame, and the body of the truck contains cracks.
Tires are yokohama 295/75r22. 5, single max load 6175lb and 5674 dual. The problem with this vehicle is the fawr is 13,200lb and tires are only rated for 12,350. Ofter he runs over 12,350 on the front steer and up to 12,900 plus on the front steer, he can get under 12000 for wgt restrictive states. Gone throught 5 sets of steer tires and has done 4 front axle alignments on veh, current mileage is 265,213.
Fawr is 13,200 and steer tires are michlin 11r22. 5 with max single load of 6175, or 12,350. Front axle normally weighes 11,900, but if the consumer pulls the trailer at gross the tires could ne easily overloaded, the dual tanks are located completely aft.
The vehicle is experiencing front end problems, shakes, and the weight is heavy. Other problems are as followed: the starter had gone out, oil leak, seal between the engine and the transmission, and the steering feels soft when shaking. The average miles of the steer tires are 80k.
